Paper submission instructions

Authors of abstracts that have been invited for oral presentation or poster presentation are required to submit their final papers in Microsoft Word before April 1, 2009. There is no formal limit to the number of pages, though some restrain would be appreciated.
 
The symposium proceedings will be published by Springer Publishers in the form of a book. For the final papers, our Word template must be used. Only the papers from authors who have registered and have paid their conference fee before April 15, 2009 will be included in the proceedings.

NOTE: Please use high resolution graphs and figures. For figures use 300 dpi, and for line figures (bitmaps) use 600 dpi.

Poster information
The maximum size of the poster for the exhibition is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) portrait. When you prefer your poster in landscape please inform the conference secretariat info@icaf2009.nl.

The poster can be taken to the conference itself. For those who do not want to travel with their poster please send it before May 20 to:
